Our names are Jeff and Julie. Thank you for taking the time to learn about our family, and considering us to be a part of your journey! Please know that we are praying for you and your baby as you walk this road. We cannot imagine all of the feelings and thoughts you have throughout this time. We admire you for considering this choice for your baby and we know that God has a perfect plan for you both!

We met in 2002 during our first year of college and the rest is history! We became fast friends and continued building our relationship throughout our four years of college by spending time together, enjoying activities, and writing letters. Summers apart were hard, and Jeff drove four hours to see Julie most weekends. We looked forward to a time when we would never have to be apart from each other!

Jeff is my rock, best friend, and the love of my life! He is the leader of our home in the most humble, loving way. He is always kind, patient, and steady as he guides our family. He has a quiet, calm personality, yet he loves to joke around and play with the kids. Having degrees in Education, and now being the Pastor and Administrator of our church and Christian school, Jeff loves teaching people of all ages, especially children, and encouraging them to love Jesus and do their best. Although he is a very hard worker, he never allows that to get in the way of his time with me...

Julie is the love of my life. She has a great personality, and I love her enthusiastic spirit. She is a great mother. She loves to play with our kids and teach them new things like baking and crocheting. She also loves just spending time with our family by going on walks, camping, or staying home to do something fun with the kids.

Adoption has been Julie’s heart for many years. She loves to spend time with kids, and is gifted in organizing, counseling others, and teaching. Her gifts and nurturing nature suit her very well for raising kids and helping them...

Being parents is our greatest joy and responsibility. We are so grateful for the children God has given to us. It’s fun to see each one develop their own personalities as they grow and mature, and we know that they will be the BEST big brothers and sisters to this next child. They are very excited about our decision to adopt and are eagerly awaiting a new little one to love.

We live in a family-friendly community with many parks, a river, and mountains close by. Our home is a two-story split-level with four bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a fenced-in backyard. Our favorite rooms are the kitchen and family room because that is where we spend most of our time and make memories! We eat dinner together as a family every night and end each evening with Family Devotions.

Each new day is filled with family time and fun, like games and telling stories, walks along the river, or baseball and volleyball games for the kids. We love spending...

We enjoy traveling whenever we get a chance and finding new areas to explore. We take an annual summer road trip to visit family and look for new sites to stop at along the way.

Spring and summer bring camping, fishing, river walks, biking, and picnics at the park. Weekly movie nights with fun snacks are a big hit any time of year.

Christmastime brings matching pajamas, fun activities, surprises from Elf on the Shelf, and of course Mom's homemade overnight cinnamon rolls & crockpot hot cocoa. Most of all, we take time to remember Jesus' birth...

Jeff’s Extended Family:

Jeff grew up in a loving, Christian home in South Carolina. He has one sister and three brothers, and his parents have been married for 40 years. Most of Jeff’s family is quiet-natured and laid back. They are kind, loving, and very supportive. Every year, we try to spend a week at his parents’ house for vacation and enjoy seeing all of the siblings and cousins.
